The votes were cast in accordance with the Constitution and the result was 89.23% in favour of the special resolution.
The successful vote indicates that members have been successful in voting to wind up the activities and operations of OT AUSTRALIA, as well as in transferring and assigning the assets of the same organisation to Occupational Therapy Australia Limited.
